Common Questions
- How do I delete my account?
- Go to Profile → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data including your birth chart, conversation history, and My Reality entries.
- How accurate is my birth chart?
- Phi uses the Swiss Ephemeris, the same engine used by professional astrology software and research observatories. Calculations are accurate to within a fraction of an arcsecond.
- What data do you collect?
Only what you provide: your name, birth details, and conversations with Phi. We do not use tracking cookies, display advertising, or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
- How do I manage my subscription?
- Go to Settings → Account → Manage Subscription. You can also manage billing directly through the Stripe portal linked in your account settings.
