Privacy Policy

Phi stores the following data to provide personalized chart readings:

• Your birth date, time, and place — required for chart calculation.
• Your declared life context in My Reality — optional, entered by you.
• Your conversation history with Phi.
• Your subscription status.

Your profile and conversation data are stored securely on Phiverse's infrastructure using industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Phiverse does not sell, lease, or provide raw personal data to any third party.

Phi uses third-party AI services to generate readings. Your first name, city, questions, and computed chart data (planetary positions, houses, dashas, yogas, transits) are sent to these services for processing. Your exact birth date, birth time, and coordinates are never sent to AI providers. Chart calculations are performed using Swiss Ephemeris. No conversation data is shared with third parties beyond what is required for AI response generation.

• Sell, share, or transfer personal data to third parties.
• Display advertising.
• Use tracking cookies or cross-app identifiers.
• Access contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.

• Delete individual life facts from My Reality at any time.
• Clear all declared facts using Clear All Facts in the My Reality screen.
• Delete your entire account and all associated data from Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Account deletion permanently removes all stored data. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your Stripe billing portal or by contacting support.
