Privacy Policy

Phi stores the following data to provide personalized chart readings: Your name, gender, birth date, time, and place — required for chart calculation. Your email address from Sign in with Apple or Google (account identity). Optional life-context facts you choose to save (when that feature is available in the app). Your conversation history with Phi and mini-app results. Your subscription status. A push notification device token when you enable notifications. With your permission, the app may also access your photo library only to let you pick an image (for example a profile or reading photo) or to save a Phisky sky image you choose to export. Phi does not upload your photo library in the background.

Your profile and conversation data are stored securely on Phiverse's infrastructure using industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Phiverse does not sell, lease, or provide raw personal data to any third party. Phi uses third-party AI services to generate readings. Your first name, city, questions, and computed chart data (planetary positions, houses, dashas, yogas, transits) are sent to these services for processing. Your exact birth date, birth time, and coordinates are never sent to AI providers. Chart calculations are performed using Swiss Ephemeris. No conversation data is shared with third parties beyond what is required for AI response generation. Your data is not used to train third-party AI models. Subscription status may be processed by Apple or Google and our subscription provider (RevenueCat) to unlock Phi Pro features and restore purchases. We do not receive your full payment card details from the app stores.

Sell, share, or transfer personal data to third parties beyond the processors described above (AI providers, Apple/Google/RevenueCat for subscriptions, push delivery). Display advertising in the app. Use tracking cookies or cross-app advertising identifiers. Access your contacts, camera, or microphone. Browse or upload your photo library without an explicit action you take in the app.

Delete optional life-context facts from the app when that feature is shown. Delete your entire account and all associated Phiverse data from Profile → Delete Account, or from https://phiverse.ai/account-deletion after signing in. On supported devices, Phi may ask for Face ID, fingerprint, or your device passcode before deletion. Account deletion permanently removes all stored Phiverse data. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately in your Apple or Google store account settings (or via Profile → Plan → Manage in the app). Deleting your Phi account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to understand page visits. No personal data is collected or shared through analytics.

Phi is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

This policy may be updated. Continued use of Phi after changes constitutes acceptance.
